June Session at Ark is our favourite time of year, and honestly? It shows. The recital is behind us, the flowers are out, and for four incredible weeks, we get to just play. No pressure, no perfection required, just feel-good classes, great music, and a whole lot of joy.
June Session is designed to be a celebration. After a full year of hard work, dedication, and one seriously amazing year end, our dancers deserve a chance to breathe, explore, and rediscover what makes movement so magical. Whether your little one is stepping into a dance class for the very first time or your teen is itching to try a style they’ve never trained in before, June Session is the place to do it.
June 2025 Classes
🩰 Ballet/Lyrical — Ages 6+ Beautiful, expressive, and a little bit magical. Dancers will explore the foundations of ballet alongside lyrical movement that brings music to life.
🩰 Ballet — Ages 3–5 The perfect introduction to dance! Little ones will explore basic ballet in a nurturing, imaginative class built just for them.
🎤 Hip Hop — Ages 3–5 Big beats, big moves, big smiles. An intro to hip hop that’s all about having fun and finding your groove — perfect for our youngest dancers.
🎤 Hip Hop — Ages 6+ Turn it up! Older dancers will dig into rhythm, style, and hip hop technique in a high-energy class that never takes itself too seriously.
🌀 Jazz/Acro — Ages 3–5 A playful mix of jazz fundamentals and beginner acrobatic skills. Cartwheels, sass, and sparkle, what more could you want?
🌀 Jazz/Acro — Ages 6+ A step up in energy and technique, this class blends dynamic jazz movement with acro skills that will keep dancers challenged and totally hooked.
🥁 Tap — Ages 3–5 Click, clack, stomp, and smile. Tap is pure joy, and this class is designed to get tiny feet moving to the beat.
💙 Adapted Classes (3-7 yrs, 8-13 yrs, 14+ yrs, & chairs) — At Ark, every dancer deserves to shine. Our adapted classes are thoughtfully designed to support dancers of all abilities in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
